Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Precify, pricing and production software for 3D print shops. By creating an account you agree to this document and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account and organization
Each account belongs to one organization. You are responsible for credentials, data entered, and use in your shop. The free plan limits registered printers; paid plans follow the quota shown in Billing.
2. Service
Precify is provided “as is” to support pricing, print queue, and stock. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific commercial results. Marketplace integrations depend on third-party APIs.
3. Payments
Card subscriptions are processed by Stripe. One-off PIX is processed by Asaas and unlocks the plan for the purchased period without auto-renewal. Downgrading requires reducing registered printers to the target plan quota.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or abuse the platform.
5. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After termination, data may be deleted per the privacy policy.
